About the Park
A small RV park on a quiet bend of the San Marcos River, just outside Martindale, Texas. You can't see us from the road, and that's the point.
The Sites.
16 back-in sites with full hook-ups, 30/50 amp electric, Starlink WiFi, weekly trash service, and a brand-new climate-controlled bath house built in 2023. Big rigs welcome. We prefer rigs under 12 years old, but if yours has been well looked after, send Scott a photo and we'll take a look. Phase II is in the works with pull-through spots on the way.
The Hill Country.
Ten minutes from Lockhart, the original BBQ capital of Texas. Seven minutes from downtown San Marcos for breweries, tubing, and Texas State University. Seventeen to Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels. Twenty-five to South Austin and the Tesla campus. The Hill Country opens up the second you leave the gate.
